After the time spent in AIESEC, our members are always in search of opportunities that will allow them a fast pace of professional development as well as the opportunity to have a positive impact on the organizations that they work for and the communities they are part of.

AIESEC offers a platform of opportunities that attracts and develops young people who demonstrate leadership, multi-functional skills, self-awareness, effectiveness, pro-activeness, and an ability to think globally and work in diverse environments. What experiences will a typical AIESEC member have?

  1. Leadership Opportunities - through the management of over 700 offices, we offer 5000 leadership positions per year.
  2. Exchange Program - our exchange programs offer about 4 000 members the opportunity to have a professional internship in a foreign country for 2-18 months.
  3. Learning Networks - we create communities with virtual and physical activities that enable partners and members to learn and build networks on specific areas of interests.
  4. Conferences - we organize and deliver over 350 conferences a year to develop leadership, strategy, and networking.
  5. Discovery - through goal-setting, mentorship, personal vision exercises, and an inspiring environment we support individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their future

 

Partnering with AIESEC on a Heading for the Future-programmemeans having access to a pool of globally diverse, high potential talent; young people that are equally effective at home and abroad and that are ready to be fast tracked in the organization.

  6. Has been trained at a number of personal development conferences and seminars

The programmes that we offer our members to build their futures are carefully selected and profiled within the organisation through workshops at our largest international and regional conferences and the Careers section on AIESEConnect, the global online platform for AIESEC alumni.
