We deliver over 350 conferences and 4 000 international internships annually as well as connecting our network of 22 000 members through www.aiesec.net, our global online collaboration and communication platform. With over 1,400 active communities, 250,000 documents, and 10,000 forum postings per month, it is the largest and most active installation of the OpenACS platform in the world.

1. Conferences
Annually AIESEC delivers over 350 conferences that bring together our members on a national, regional and international basis and is an ideal platform to engage leading AIESEC members. Conferences range from intensive local training meetings, to international leadership development seminars for selected members to global strategic planning events that involve the top leaders of the organization.

Physical engagement
Some of the ways in which organizations engage AIESEC members during conferences are by delivering workshops or participating in panel discussions.

Virtual engagement
AIESEC’s largest congress of the year, International Congress, brings together over 600 members from across its network of over 95 countries. In an effort to engage more of AIESEC’s 22,000 student members at the last congress, a virtual platform was created. The website, dubbed “ IC Live” gained a total of over 1.5 million hits over a period of three weeks through members accessing session materials, videos, photos and online forums. Our biggest international conferences are all set to have a virtual conference platform such as this one in future.

2. Learning Networks
AIESEC aims to develop leaders that have an awareness and insight into key issues that are facing the world. Our learning networks are both a forum where current and future leaders learn from each other as well as a platform for our members to shape their learning and AIESEC Experience around an area of interest that they are passionate about.
The AIESEC learning networks bring together young talented individuals and business, governmental, academic, and civil society leaders in dialogue about global issues in the areas of Corporate Responsibility, Education, Energy, HIV/AIDS and Finance.

By participating in these learning networks, organizations have the opportunity to access the opinions of future employees on the topics that are shaping the world today.

Physical engagement
Physical learning events are mostly integrated into our conferences and incorporate key note speeches, specialist panels and small group discussions.

International internships focussed on these topics also allow organizations to bring an international youth perspective into their daily operations.

Virtual engagement
The physical aspects of the learning networks are complemented by virtual platforms for discussion and sharing of knowledge and experiences.

3. International Internship Programme
Our international internship exchange programme gives our partner organizations the opportunity to source young, globally minded talent from over 95 countries. Through this programme, AIESEC provides organizations around the globe access to our diverse international talent and perspectives coming from the widespread network of AIESEC.
